Revitalization and adaptive reuse of former church auditorium into new regional event center in Downtown Jacksonville’s North Core neighborhood. Renovations included structural floor leveling, facility upgrades, lighting, bovada pokerpainting, and landscaping. The acquisition included an adjacent parking garage. The inaugural exhibit was Jacksonville’s first Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience.
